Clerical Help—Not Immigration Legal Advice

Jaidain Accounting Solutions LLC may provide limited clerical immigrant-assistance services for customers who already know which form they need and what information they want entered. Support may include typing customer-provided answers into designated forms such as I-130, I-485 or N-400, plus printing, scanning and copying.
Jaidain is not a law firm, immigration attorney or DOJ-accredited representative. Jaidain does not provide legal advice or representation.

Non-Attorney Disclosure: The individual providing assistance is not an attorney licensed to practice law or accredited by the United States Department of Justice and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.

Typing information into a customer-selected form
Type Customer-Provided Information

Clerical assistance may include typing information exactly as the customer provides it into a form the customer has already selected. The customer remains responsible for the form choice and every substantive answer.

Jaidain cannot interpret questions, decide what an answer should be, determine eligibility, or recommend an immigration benefit. Any customer needing guidance should consult an authorized legal provider.
Printing customer-selected forms and instructions”
Print Selected Forms and Instructions

Customers may request printing of forms or instructions they have selected from an official source. Printing is an administrative service and does not mean the form is correct for the customer’s situation.

Forms, editions, fees, and filing instructions can change. Customers should use current official USCIS materials and independently confirm what they need before requesting clerical help.
Scan Customer Documents

Scanning may be available for documents the customer supplies. The work is limited to creating digital copies and should follow an appropriate privacy and secure-handling process.

Jaidain does not decide which evidence is required or whether a scanned item is sufficient for an application. Those are legal or agency questions outside the clerical service.
Copying and organizing customer-provided materials
Copy and Organize Materials

Clerical support may include copying and arranging customer-provided materials in the order requested by the customer. This can make a personal document set easier to handle without changing its substance.

Jaidain cannot select evidence, create a legal filing strategy, communicate as a representative, or promise acceptance. Clerical assistance does not include legal advice or representation.
